Each capsule contains: Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract 400mg, equiv. to dry root 2g (min). Standardised to contain Valerenic acids 2.4mg.

Directions

In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating woman. If symptoms persist - seek advice of a healthcare professional. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Contains Sulfites.
